Order Processing TImes

Orders without any custom personalising are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Custom/personalised Orders

Custom embroidery is completed within 3-5 business days. For larger event orders your order may take additional processing times which will be communicated and confirmed with you via email. 
Custom printing is completed within 4-7 business days. 
Once your order is completed it will be posted out via Australia Post. 

Shipping

All orders are packaged carefully and shipped with Australia Post. At this stage we only ship within Australia.  Depending on your order size and if regular or express shipping was selected at check out, your should arrive between 2-7 business days.
